Razz started as a creative agency built to create unforgettable digital experiences.
Before becoming a platform, we were designing digital and emerging experiences for global brands like Universal Music Group, Sprint®, and Pokémon GO®. We worked closely with top Latino music artists, crafted creative for major music festivals, and built immersive brand moments where culture, technology, and storytelling collided.
We brought that same creative foundation into multifamily, elevating digital experiences for properties nationwide.
That work shaped our Built BOLD philosophy — where brand, design, and performance work together at scale.
In 2021, Razz joined the Inhabit® ecosystem as the website and digital experience platform, bringing design-led thinking to the front of the residential journey.
2014
Founded in Miami as a creative design agency, we began by crafting bold digital experiences for the Latin music industry and leading global brands.
2015
Launched the Interactive Floor Plan Browser (IFPB) shopping tool, helping renters find their home faster through fully interactive site maps and unit-level experiences.
2016-2018
Started creating award-winning, branded multifamily websites that deliver unique digital experiences designed to sell a lifestyle.
2019
Built our multifamily CMS and website builder to let teams start with flexible templates that can be fully customized into unique websites — no code needed.
2020
Razz became part of ResMan as its website and marketing platform.
2021
Joined the Inhabit ecosystem alongside ResMan, serving as the website and digital experience platform.
